Peter is a non-practising solicitor and founder of Kinch Robinson. He is a key member of our training team and supports lawyers through every stage of their career.
He delivers a range of professional development and skills courses. He uses a mixture of experience and imagination to develop practical tasks ranging from the slightly silly to the very serious. He is a leading light in developing our e-learning programmes.
Many lawyers have benefitted hugely from his one-to-one coaching. Delegates come away feeling enthused and confident in their new abilities and eager to put them into practice. They describe him as ‘engaging’, ‘friendly’ and ‘fantastic’, all of which goes straight to his head.

Peter likes to escape on his bike into the Peak District and grind his way up a few hills. He dons a wetsuit from time to time to renew his battle with the waves off the Cornish coast. The surf wins every time. Afterwards he likes a cuppa and some cake.
