CHO Networking Lunch

Kinch Robinson were delighted to act as the headline sponsor at this year’s CHO networking lunch held at the Football Hotel, in the shadow of Old Trafford in Manchester.

The event, organised by the Credit Hire Organisation, was a great opportunity to meet representatives from credit hire and claims handlers to solicitors and barristers for an informal get-together. Lunch was followed by a Q&A with Michael Vaughn, ex-England and Yorkshire cricketer. The insider’s view of the post-Ashes celebrations in 2005 made for an entertaining listen.

From our perspective, the event was an opportunity to talk to a wide audience about the value of our training.  Kinch Robinson’s got a unique place in the market, working with industry experts, barristers and solicitors, designing and delivering courses targeted at anyone working in the claims sector. Our clients are insurance companies and law firms, claims management handlers, repairers and credit hire organisations.

We offer off-the-shelf courses – or we can design bespoke training for you, incorporating your firm’s approach. We don’t do tick-box training – all our courses are interactive, engaging and relevant, so people can apply what they learn immediately. And we deliver in a way that suits the budget – you can choose from live, f2f or online, or via e-learning packages that can be accessed anytime, anywhere and as often as you like.

We have been using Kinch Robinson’s RTA liability training for over 12 months and we’re delighted with the results.  We’ve seen a massive improvement in liability decision-making leading to a 60% drop in the number of non-fault claims being referred to the insurer. The training has more than paid for itself.”
