Caroline Clark
Caroline is an experienced commercial litigator and professional support lawyer, qualified in Scotland.
As a fee-earner Caroline has worked for insurance and financial services businesses, public and limited companies and private individuals. Caroline’s particular focus is on defence of professional negligence disputes, working on behalf of both insurer and insured. In that connection, she has developed her interest in ethics and professional standards.
As a professional support lawyer Caroline previously oversaw all knowledge management and training within a large dispute resolution practice. She is now a consultant (Litigation and Regulation) and Head of Knowledge at specialist boutique Scottish law firm, Bellwether Green. Here, Caroline undertakes both fee-earning and knowledge management work and oversees risk and compliance matters.

When not working Caroline is running around after her three young children. She also has a keen interest in interior design, art, fitness and music. Caroline would love to learn piano and has recently purchased a 130-year-old C. Bechstein grand – on eBay!
