Natalie Rodgers

Natalie is a Chartered Marketer and non-practising solicitor who turned her back on ‘6 minute units’ and the world of insurance law in 2004 in favour of all things marketing related. She launched her specialist marketing consultancy, Scala, in 2009 and has been busy helping law firms, barristers chambers and professional service firms ever since. She’s developed a knack of helping clients win industry awards, receive meaningful PR coverage and secure new business in an increasingly competitive market.

BA (Hons) Law & Business; Diploma in Legal Practice from Sheffield University and qualified as a solicitor in 1998. She worked for DLA Piper before joining a leading northern Chambers, Parklane Plowden, as Marketing Director. Natalie became a Chartered Marketer in 2011.

When she’s not being a busy mum to 2 young children, Natalie can be found either at the gym or drinking wine. She enjoys a good sing-song and has shared a stage (well…gate crashed it) with the Tenor, Alfie Boe. She’s also been known to fling herself into Lake Windermere for the Great North Swim.
