Rachael Davis-Stollar image



Rachael is a qualified lawyer, experienced professional performance enhancement trainer, mentor and coach. She devises and delivers tailored training focusing on people and management skills, communication and confidence, networking, drafting, personal efficiency, client management and business development. She also delivers all three mandatory Solicitors Regulation Authority courses for trainee solicitors, and tailored courses for legal apprentices.

Rachael has been appointed a Visiting Lecturer on leadership and management at the University of Hertfordshire Business School with a particular focus on leadership and management. She currently leads on the annual Social Enterprise Leadership Foundation (SELF) for senior management and c-suite, and has led on the Strategic CSR module of the MSc Business and Organisational Strategy.


Rachael graduated from the University of Nottingham with a first-class degree in Politics. She practised in the City throughout her career as a finance and restructuring lawyer, working in law firms and in a commercial role with a listed company. She is also an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Authority.

When she's not working...

Rachael has a range of voluntary commitments. She is Trustee and Chair of Fundraising at Norwood, a national charity which supports children, families and adults with disadvantage or learning disabilities, and is Chair of the panel of judges and host of the annual Volunteer Recognition Awards.  Rachael also sits on the Board of Trustees of her local arts/cultural centre and has been a Careers Academy UK mentor. Apart from spending time with family and friends, Rachael’s other interests include visiting the theatre, catching up on films she should really have already watched, and occasional but enthusiastic attempts at karaoke.
