Sally Austin

Sally is the IT Manager for Kinch Robinson. She is responsible for fulfilling the firm’s information system requirements.

Sally joined Kinch Robinson in July 2009 to deliver training on practice management and IT, and to develop our range of e-learning courses. She works for law firms as an independent consultant focusing on IT.

Sally has worked in the legal profession for over 20 years. Early in her career she was part of a team developing debt collection and conveyancing software. Her role included implementing the systems, writing user manuals and delivering training.

From 1993 to 2000 she was the I.T. Manager for John Howell & Co., a leading legal aid firm. As well as managing all aspects of IT for a workforce of 100, Sally was part of the management team which implemented the right systems for the firm’s Legal Aid Franchise

Sally tempers the frenetic pace of her business life by watching Huddersfield Town in her spare time.
