Tanya Gass

Tanya designs and delivers training that really makes a difference. Her experiential courses include Negotiation Skills and a “Non-Linear Thinking” Presentation skills workshop. She has established a strong reputation for her technical legal courses in Corporate Governance, Corporate Finance and Equity Capital Markets, providing a visual, interactive and practical approach to understanding dense areas of regulation. Tanya is a recommended provider of the Legal Education and Training Group.

After graduating with a first in Law and an LPC diploma, Tanya trained with Clifford Chance and, on qualifying, she then practised in their Corporate department. A few dot.com floats later, she tried her hand in the stockbroking world of Collins Stewart, before moving on to Gouldens (now Jones Day) to gain experience of AIM placings and public takeovers. 

Since 2003, her training career has included time as Head of LPC Training at BPP Waterloo Law School and developing their use of technology and e-learning. Tanya currently provides training to a wide range of clientele including universities, directors, accountants, company secretaries as well as lawyers.

Tanya is a mother to two boys, married to a blockchain entrepreneur, is a keen cook and a gym fanatic. She is also very devoted to her dog, Molly.
