This course is for contentious lawyers who want to improve their witness handling skills in court, tribunal or arbitrations.



As a result of attending the course, you will be able to:

The emphasis is on 'learning by doing'. Delegates participate in exercises, drills, and formal advocacy using a realistic case study. They develop their preparation and advocacy skills throughout the day with support and feedback from the tutor.
