PSC Client care and professional standards
Synopsis
Our Client Care and Professional Standards courses will ensure that trainee solicitors are equipped with the essential skills they will need to manage client relationships, to comply with their core professional obligations, and to organise their workload.
Outcomes
As a result of attending the course, trainees will:
- understand the importance of client relationship management alongside legal expertise
- understand a solicitor's core ethical obligations and how to avoid breaches
- make better decisions whilst working under pressure
- make a more effective contribution to your business

Please note that the SRA do not allow trainees to complete the entire course until they have served at least 6 months in a training contract.
