E-learning overview

Our unique ELPL liability e-learning scenarios help to develop strong liability decision-making skills.

This highly interactive, affordable e-learning course is a cost-effective way to train large numbers of staff, so they have a consistent approach to investigating claims and assessing liability in employers’ liability and public liability claims.

This online training focuses on employer’s liability and public liability cases. We’ve developed a bank of over 30 animated accident scenarios which guide users through interactive online exercises to teach them a methodical approach to assessing liability.

They contain two sets of evidence so delegates can see how outcomes differ depending on the circumstances.  The barrister’s analysis comments on the different evidence and how it affects liability.

Each accident scenario takes 10 – 15 minutes to complete.

The course covers accidents involving

  • Assaults in the workplace
  • Construction sites
  • Ladders
  • Machinery
  • Manual handling
  • Protective equipment
  • Slips
  • Trips

As a result of completing this e-learning, delegates will:

  • be able to take a systematic approach to assessing liability
  • understand the importance of legislation and regulations
