Content
This online training focuses on employer’s liability and public liability cases. We’ve developed a bank of over 30 animated accident scenarios which guide users through interactive online exercises to teach them a methodical approach to assessing liability.
They contain two sets of evidence so delegates can see how outcomes differ depending on the circumstances. The barrister’s analysis comments on the different evidence and how it affects liability.
Each accident scenario takes 10 – 15 minutes to complete.
