There are a variety of circumstances when a lawyer may need to make an interim application. From an extension of time, requesting an interim payment or amendments of a case.
So, ensuring your fee earners are confident in the advocacy aspects of an application will greatly improve your chances of success.
Advocacy Workshop – 3 hours
Telephone Hearing – 1 hour & preparation time Delegates conduct two telephone hearings with another delegate as their opposition. The hearing is based on a case study sent to delegates in advance. The judge is a tutor who provides individual feedback following the hearings.
