Improve your commercial awareness and impress your clients - whether you love the numbers or not. A practical introduction to key financial performance indicators.

Course Content
Financial analysis and interpretation can be a difficult skill for lawyers to master. Whilst law firms have a tendency to market their lawyers as being ‘commercially aware’, not all firms actually deliver on that claim.
You can gain a tangible competitive advantage if you can demonstrate to clients that you really understand their finances, performance indicators and what makes their business a success.
The full course is delivered over three 90-minute modules. You will learn to deal with financial information with more confidence.
Addressing unfamiliar information in simple terms is the key to the success of this course.
This module complements the content covered in Finance Refresher 1 – Introduction to Company Accounts and Finance Refresher 3 – Introduction to Accounts Interpretation
FR1 covers the basic components of a set of company accounts.
