Managing other people's writing
It was a good, engaging course. I would definitely recommend it.

Managing other people's writing
The course gave some very useful tips on the psychology of giving feedback. The practical drafting tips were also excellent e.g. looking for the topic sentence in a paragraph - lots to take away which I hadn't considered before. This is very helpful as sometimes I know that drafting is wrong but it is hard to articulate why.

Managing other people's writing
The focus on practical tips and techniques to use when giving feedback was helpful. The suggestion of getting the drafter to explain who the readers are, why they approaching things in a particular way rather than launching into feedback was also useful
