Working in a law firm helps your non-lawyers understand their obligations and contribute effectively to your efforts to provide a competent, timely and professional service.

Course Content

A session to develop your staff’s understanding of the firm’s professional and ethical obligations.

As a result of attending the session you will:

  • understand a law firm’s responsibility in relation to conflicts, confidentiality and undertakings

  • appreciate the importance of managing risk
