This e-learning course helps your non-lawyers and support staff understand the important professional and ethical rules that apply when working in a law firm. It encourages consistent professional behaviour. Delegates will watch different everyday work scenarios and then decide on what approach to take. The e-learning includes feedback on their decisions.
